We were thrilled with how quickly, efficiently and thoughtfully Off The Road Consulting (OTR) built and launched our e-commerce site. They were very communicative throughout the entire process and they ‘held our hands’ the whole way, as we were certainly not the experts in this area…they are! We are continuing to work with OTR on an SEO program, and we are already seeing our sales rise in a relatively short period of time. OTR is always thinking of ways to improve our site’s functionality and they are very responsive to our suggestions, too.
